Michael Kimel is the co-founder, and Chairman of Harlo Entertainment. Notable ventures include leading the launch of Shake Shack in Canada. He played a key role in the development and success of Miami landmarks Komodo, Swan and Papi Steak. Most recently, Michael co-founded OverActive Media, the only entity worldwide to own four franchised e-sports teams.

Brandon Marek is the Managing Partner at Harlo Entertainment. With over 20 years of experience, Brandon has ideated, designed and launched a variety of successful companies. Select experience includes: co-creating Michelin award winning restaurants Mimi Chinese & Sunnys Chinese, co-creating New City Gas entertainment complex in Montreal, co-founding Moneybag Vodka alongside KISS’ Gene Simmons, developing SPINCO to thirty locations across the country and most recently leading the launch of Shake Shack in Canada.
He proudly serves on the board of Victim Services Toronto.
