Exceptional projects
Harlo has a disciplined selection process and will only invest in projects that meet our strict investment underwriting criteria. Our development projects must not only meet financial risk and return requirements but must also be strategically located, with reasonable access to transit infrastructure and to the public and private amenities that are crucial to the success of real estate developments.

Side-by-side investment
We co-invest our own equity alongside our investors. We won’t invest our investment partners’ capital where we wouldn’t put our own. This keeps our interests directly aligned with those of our investors.

Aligned partnerships
We work closely with carefully selected development partners and professional consultants to complete the sales and leasing strategy, site plan approval, financing and construction of each project.

Active management
Our management team has been involved in all aspects of the real estate development process and actively participates in the development management of every Harlo project, so we can directly represent our investors’ interests when crucial decisions are made.

Timely reporting
We report to our investors in accordance with their specific requirements, on a consistent and timely basis, and make ourselves available at their convenience. We acknowledge and embrace our role as fiduciaries.
